One of the largest challenges in the APAC digital industry is a lack of capabilities and skills. 55% of our partners name skills shortage as the biggest barrier for optimal programmatic setup, and are experiencing annual turnover of 30-50%. Our goal is to address our capability challenge in digitizing Asia, help our partners to invest in homegrown talent, and maintain Singapore’s position as an ad tech hub.

Our training initiative aims to showcase digital marketing as a great career choice. We look to accelerate and invest in a pipeline of vetted, qualified, and trained programmatic talent to help our partners grow their business across Singapore and the APAC region.
